A STATEMENT ON COVID-19 FROM
(NRNRS) PVT LTD
NRNRS LTD and our partners Kingsnorth Neuro Physiotherapy (KNP) are taking the spread of COVID-19 extremely seriously. Our priority is always the safety and well-being of our patients, their family members and our staff. We wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our actions.
Level of Service
So far as is possible in these challenging times we are looking to maintain our services to patients. We are slowly and cautiously phasing back necessary face to face services which will play a major role in preventing hospital admissions. All appropriate PPE is in place for hospital admission prevention home visits and face to face consultations in our clinic. Social distancing and handwashing precautions have been taken throughout the Letraset Building and the clinic itself. There are a lot of hand alcohol dispensers at the entrance, along corridors and inside the clinic. All our therapists have been tested for COVID-19. The clinic is slowly scaling up for business. Please continue to follow government guidance and Department of Health guidance.
Video assessments and consultations will be first priority for new and existing patients using secure video technology services. As existing patients already have set programmes, the video link will enable progression recommendations to be made with any new exercises emailed to the patients. Face to face consultations will be carried out where it is impractical to carry out video consultations. Risk will be assessed for each individual patient..
Please be assured we are following the latest advice from the Government, Public Health England and other authorities, and in the event of any escalation in this advice we will follow their guidance.
Whilst we are, as always, delighted to see our patients face to face, please don’t be offended that we may ask you to consider video consultations first if face to face is not necessary. This will be so for the foreseeable future until your safety has been guaranteed by the passing over of the COVID-19 pandemic and government guidance allows. We wish you well over the coming months. Stay safe and keep others safe.
